Information of the Data Controller (expand)

1. The controller of your personal data is Enea S.A. with its registered office in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8 (hereinafter: the Controller). Contact details of the Data Protection Officer: esa.iod@enea.pl

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of considering the Application, and in the case of its positive consideration, for purposes related to the conclusion and implementation of the sponsorship agreement (basis from Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR). If the data is provided by a person authorized to contact on behalf of the applicant, their personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR because it is necessary to submit the Application or other types of actions on behalf of the Applicant.

3. Providing your personal data is a condition for considering the application and, in the case of positive consideration, for concluding the sponsorship agreement.

4. The Controller may disclose your personal data to entities of the Enea Capital Group. Companies within the Enea Capital Group are available on the website www.enea.pl/pl/grupaenea/o-grupie/spolki-grupy-enea. The Controller may also entrust the processing of your personal data to service or product providers acting on its behalf, in particular entities providing IT, HR, accounting, transport, service, and agency services to the Controller. In accordance with the agreements concluded with such entities for the processing of personal data, ENEA S.A. requires such service providers to comply with legal regulations and to ensure a high level of privacy and security of personal data processed by them on behalf of ENEA S.A.

5. Your personal data will be stored for one year from the date of receipt of the application, while in the case of concluding an agreement, the data will be processed for a legally justified period.

f) the right to object
